If you follow me on social media, you probably already know that I am currently giving “waist training” a try. So far, I have lost 1.5 inches in less than 3 weeks of waist trainer. I created a video along with sample exercises I do WITH the waist trainer on.

I have also set some personal fitness goals that I hope to achieve by the end of 2015.

As of today:
Weight: 116 pounds
Body Fat: 23.4%
(Height 5’2)
Waist: 25 inches

2015  goal:
Weight: 115 pounds
Body Fat: 21%
Waist: 24 inches
