Even though I’ve lost all the baby weight from my pregnancy, I am still in maintenance mode. This requires me to continue to eat healthy and EXERCISE! Because I am no longer in “weight loss” mode, I decided to switch up my routine and focus more on toning and conditioning. What better way to do that than with a Jillian Michaels DVD?
I popped in “Ripped in 30” and was very pleased with the variety of toning/cardio exercises featured. Also, being the LOA (Law of Attraction) nerd that I am, I was particularly motivated by what Jillian was SAYING during the routine. Which leads me to today’s Midday Motivation:

Sometimes people get so caught up in the “wait til I…(such and such)” mentality that they NEVER reach their goals. Growth is not only about the destination, it also involves your journey in getting there. Don’t delay your dreams. Transformation is all about what you’re doing RIGHT NOW. Take advantage of the present moment and put forth your best effort…NOW.
