“Happiness doesn’t come as a result of getting something we don’t have, but from appreciating what we do have.” ~Frederick Keonig

There’s a common trend among people who complain a lot. These people are usually lonely, ungrateful, broke, or just flat our miserable. Until you understand the relationship between gratitude and happiness, you’ll always be unsatisfied. In order to grow and attain more in life, you have to appreciate your present blessings. We are all magnets, attracting our most dominant thoughts. So, when you focus on what you DO have, you attract more things to be grateful for. On the other hand, when you complain, you attract more things to complain about.

It’s simply a matter of shifting your mind. Happiness doesn’t come as a result of getting something we don’t have, but from appreciating what we do have.
