You can’t be successful off talent alone, you must also develop good habits. From losing weight to getting out of debt, you have to train your mind to DO the things that will produce the results you want.

For example:

Looking at a picture of a healthy person is motivation, but being dedicated to fitness program is what will help you lose weight.

Imagining yourself out of debt is motivation, but sticking to a budget and paying off bills is what will get you out of the hole.

Success habits can be applied to any and every area of your life to help you reach specific goals. Remember, we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence is not an act, but a habit (Aristotle quote).
