COACHED Glute ZOOM Virtual Training w/Coach Maria

- Class time: 7p-7:45p (EST)
- Equipment Needed: FABRIC resistance bands (can be purchased HERE)
- Exercise mat (padded flooring is fine if you don’t have a mat)
- 5-10 lb. dumbbells
Sessions only sold as a bundle. Sessions cannot be made up for missed classes with the exception of technical errors that cause delays or cancelations.
