People FAIL at weight loss because of bad habits. People get into a financial hole because of bad habits. People even miss out on great relationships because of BAD HABITS. You can be the most talented person in the world, but if you give in to your bad habits, that talent won’t take you very far.

Examine and eliminate the things holding you back! Your habits can build you up or break you down.  Embrace the habits the work FOR you, not AGAINST you!
