Its so easy to think that we are hurting someone by hating them but this is FAR from the truth. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: “Bitterness hurts YOU more than the person you hate.” Why? Because feelings of anger, envy and resentment are negative emotions that produce negative outcomes.

Holding on to anger only hurts you, learn to let it go…
