Wesley Snipes Want To Talk To The Jury…

When you’re facing jail time, and your appeal has been tossed, you gotta start getting “creative.” In Wesley Snipes latest attempt to avoid going to jail for not filing his taxes, he is now requesting to speak to jurors in his case. Keep reading to find out why…

In 2008, Wesley snipes was convicted of 3 (misdemeanor counts) of “willful failure” to file his income tax returns. Currently, he is free on an appeals bond (which was denied last week). Since then, federal prosecutors have requested that the judge revoke Snipes’ bond so that he may begin serving his 3-year sentence.

However, Snipes’ attorney’s now want to question jurors in his case. Their notion? The jurors ALREADY had their minds made up about Snipes’ “innocent” BEFORE the trial even began. Now, Snipes’ Attorneys must prove this is true in order to prove that he was “denied the right to a fair trial.” Yall think its gonna work?
