After one round of each, repeat each exercise until you reach 20 minutes.
- Use Free Workout Videos online: YouTube has thousands of workout videos that are free for viewing. Many of the workouts focus on specific body parts, so if you want more toned legs or a flatter tummy, just do a specific search and choose the video that works best for you.
- Take your workout outdoors: From trail walks to mountain climbs and even playtime with your kids at the park, you can get an extra burn while enjoying nature. Exercising outdoors also gives you a mental break from structured workouts. Remember, burning calories is all about being active.
